Star Wars: The Clone Wars - A Galaxy Divided Videos

This week, Cartoon Network released a new DVD for their hit animated series, The Clone Wars. The DVD, called Star Wars: The Clone Wars – A Galaxy Divided Videos, contains four full episodes from the cartoon, featuring the adventures of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Clone Commander Cody and Anakin Skywalker. The package is on the shelves now, courtesy of Warner Home Video.

The next Disney and Pixar film to hit theaters is UP, making its way to a movie house near you on May 29th. There’s a new Astro Boy trailer making its way around the web, and ToonBarn has it! The film, which is set to hit theaters October 23rd, is set in futuristic Metro City. Astro Boy is a young robot with incredible powers created by Tenma, a brilliant scientist. Powered by positive blue energy, Astro Boy has super strength, x-ray vision, super speed and, of course, the ability to fly! Check out the trailer below the break to see some of these in action!

As we work our way closer to the upcoming TMNT game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up, the creative folks behind the game are giving out nice little tidbits of information, including info on the art direction of the game.  When studying the history of the Turtles, they clearly had the option to go a 1980s route, like the image above.  Would you have preferred a game in that style?

Pokemon Platinum Version Review

The lucky folks at IGN recently got the chance to review Pokemon Platinum Version for the Nintendo DS. Here’s a bit of what they had to say:

Even though it’s not a huge advancement over Diamond and Pearl, it does have a larger list of features. The single player adventure has a bit more to explore, and more importantly the online component is fleshed out a bit more compared to the 2007 releases.

Dragon Ball Kai: Saiyan Invasion Japanese Debut Trailer

There’s a new Dragon Ball game making its way to the Nintendo DS. Those of you who are anti the upcoming live-action film need not worry, as this RPG game is based solely on the anime, not the actors. Not too much is known at this time, mostly because I can’t speak a lick’o’Japanese, but the trailer looks pretty cool! Check it out after the break

Cartoon Network hosts Ben 10 Week

Starting yesterday, through March 27th, it’s a good time to be a Ben 10 fan! Cartoon Network will be hosting “Ben 10 Week” during that entire span. Every day, the network will feature a two-hour Best of Ben 10 block, from 3 to 5pm – and then more special features afterward! On March 23rd at 8pm, Cartoon Network will re-air Ben 10: Race Against Time. On March 24th and 25th, there will be brand new episodes of Ben 10: Alien Force. Then, on March 27th, there will be a special one-hour season finale, War of the Worlds, at 8pm. Exciting!!!
