Adventure Time: Jumping Finn Jumps to iPhone

Adventure Time: Jumping Finn Jumps to iPhone

Just in time for the impending arrival of the iPhone 5 (on September 21st, dudes.), Cartoon Network has decide to port the hit browser-based Adventure Time game Jumping Finn to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

Jumping Finn is an odd yet addictive physics-based game in which you control Jake as he helps Finn rescue Princess Bubblegum from the Ice King (again!) by kicking, smashing, and blasting Finn all the way to the Ice Kingdom. Along the way, Marceline, Lady Rainicorn, and Blastronaut lend their help in order to keep Finn flying as fast and as long as he can.

The game is simple, you start as Jake kicking Finn in the butt, with the goal of kicking him hard enough that he’ll reach the Ice Kingdom. You’re not going to succeed on your first try, but you earn points after every attempt, which you can use to purchase upgrades such as the ability to bounce Finn back, the option to kick him while in the air, and to add various gadgets that will help keep Finn in the air longer.

If you don’t have an iPhone 5 (yet.), you can play the original Jumping Finn at Cartoon Network’s gamesite: www.cartoonnetwork.com/games/adventuretime/jumping-finn/index.html
