Adventure Time: Stakes Now Available on DVD

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Cartoon Network have just released a bunch of clips for the DVD release of the Adventure Time: Stakes miniseries. Stakes originally aired in November 2015, and mainly focused on the Vampire Queen Marceline, who suddenly wanted to be mortal after a millennia of struggling with being a red-sucker. When she can no longer cope with her past, she seeks help from Princess Bubblegum for a cure.

Unfortunately, things go from bad to worse. After extracting Marceline’s vampire essence, her most powerful vampiric foes return to haunt her: the Hierophant, the Empress Eyes, the Fool, the Moon and the Vampire King, which is a collection of tarot symbols that symbolize her growth stages. Because of this, Marceline goes on a task to stake each vampire.

The Adventure Time: Stakes DVD was released on January 19, 2016 and is now available in the usual retail places.
