Happy Easter from ToonBarn Harry
Happy Easter from ToonBarn Harry! Harry is joined by his cousin, Peter, and Humpty Dumpty, while they review some of cartoons impacting us this past week, as well as the week to come. If you would rather read what they had to say, see below the video to take in the whole story.
Harry wishes everyone a Happy Easter, and lets everyone know that he’s comin at ya this beautiful Easter Weekend from inside the World of Video Games, specifically Mario Bros. World. Harry tells us that he brought a couple friends to take over for him while he goes to catch up on some Bugs Bunny cartoons (It’s an Easter Tradition in Harry’s House). To his right is his cousin Peter. Peter says Hi! Then, to Harry’s left is Humpty Dumpty. Humpty Dumpty looks a little sad, so Harry asks him why. Humpty Dumpty says that people tend to forget that he is an egg, so they ignore him on Easter. Harry tells him to cheer up, because Peter and Humpty get to tell all the ToonBarn fans what happened in the world of cartoons this week. No one will ignore Humpty this Easter. This cheers up Humpty, as he tells Harry that is wonderful. So, Harry hands over the reins to Peter and leaves. Peter tells everyone it is a real pleasure for him and Humpty to join the fans for a special ToonBarn Easter Edition of this week’s cartoon stories.
Humpty starts by asking Peter if he wants to tell everyone about Adventure Time. Peter says they are anxiously awaiting the new season of Adventure Time. At the end of Season 3, after Finn was turned down by Princess Bubblegum, Jake tries to set him up with the Flame Princess. Humpty says that Finn likes her, but the Princess doesn’t really like him. Peter asks, “Will Finn hook up with the Flame Princess?” The answer comes at 7:30 PM EST, Monday night on Cartoon Network, when Adventure Time begins its 4th Season. The Season 3 finale will be shown at 7 PM EST.
Humpty asks, “How about the end of Season 2, Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu?” Peter tells us this season has been great for Ninjago fans, and the second part of the Season Finale, called, Day of the Great Devourer, airs Wednesday, the 11th of April, on Cartoon Network, at 8 PM EST. In the last episode, the Rise of the Great Devourer, the ninja haste to the Lost City of Ouroboros to try to stop Pythor from awaking the Great Devourer but it is a race against time. In the final episode of the second season, disaster threatens as the ninja must fight to defeat the all consuming Great Devourer in a desperate attempt to save Ninjago.
Humpty asks Peter if he saw what happened on Voltron Force last Wednesday. Peter says it was definitely a shocker. He tells everyone to make sure they check out ToonBarn’s review of Voltron Force: Roots of Evil, on Tuesday. There was a major change in the roles of the Voltron Force in this one. And, in the next episode of Voltron Force: The Army of One, no one can help King lotor defeat Voltron, except maybe a whole Army of Lotor clones. Check it out on Nicktoons, this Wednesday at 8 PM EST.
