It’s finally here! The day you have been waiting for ever since you heard that Batman: Arkham Origins was coming out on every device, to everyone worldwide, on October 25th. There’s 3 different types of games available under the Arkham Origins story:
WiiU, PS3, XBOX 360, and PC gamers get the Full Version of the game, where you follow the story as Batman, following the Black Mask, as he puts a bounty on Batman’s head for 50 million dollars and unleashes 8 assassins to finish off Batman, once and for all. No reviews are available for this version because everyone in the world will have the first crack at it when stores open on October 25. So, check out the main site for further information:
Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita handheld gamers will get the Blackgate version, which has the highest production value for any game ever created on these formats. It follows the story, has lots of fighting, and uses the same voice actors as the console version. After gang-fueled uprisings occur within the walls of Blackgate Prison, Batman is called in to restore order and put an end to the rebellion before the chaos implodes. With gripping 2.5-D graphics, fully voiced narrative, and a captivating storyline, players will explore deep inside the bowels of this remote island penitentiary that plays an important role in the Arkham universe. Featuring stealth gameplay, free-flow combat, and Batman’s legendary gadgets, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate captures the genuine Arkham feel players have come to appreciate.
Mobile gamers on IOS and Android get a version of Batman: Arkham Origins that puts the action in the style of Injustice: Gods Among Us, but with Batman fighting other DC Villains until a winner is determined. This version is free (in-app purchases available), and it was available a week ago on Apple’s App Store. The Android version will be available on the Google Play store soon. Here’s a full review of the Mobile version for more info:
