Batman Unlimited: Mechs vs Mutants on Digital HD – SDCC Interviews

The Dark Knight is back doing what he does best – protecting the citizens of Gotham City – in the third installment of the Batman Unlimited series, Batman Unlimited: Mechs vs. Mutants. When evil scientist Mr. Freeze activates his latest invention on two of Gotham City’s most formidable criminals – Killer Croc and Bane – things go from bad to worse. Turning them into super-sized mutant monsters, the Super-Villains start bashing through the streets of Gotham City with no end in sight. It’s up to the Caped Crusader and his Super Hero team to save the day by putting the giant robot mechs in their place – but it will be an uphill battle as they face off against enormous foes.

Toonbarn’s coverage of SDCC wouldn’t be complete without interviewing the cast of the latest Batman Unlimited Franchise, and this year’s press line for the third movie in their franchise was no exception. Roger Craig Smith, Will Friedle and John DiMaggio reprise their roles as Batman, Nightwing and Killer Croc, respectively, and gave us some of the most memorable interviews of the entire week. Batman Unlimited: Mechs vs. Mutants premiered later that same day at SDCC 2016 and will be digitally released on August 30, 2016, with a Blu-ray/DVD release on September 13, 2016.

Not to be outdone, Batman builds a couple of 30 ft. tall Mech suits for himself and Green Arrow, They, along with the help of Nightwing, attempt to regain the city from the evil grasps of Mr. Freeze and the likes of Joker and Penguin.

I am a Big Fan of all types of animation. Like a lot of things, the cream always rises to the top. My favorites have included Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Rebels, anything Pixar, Phineas and Ferb, Voltron Legendary Defender, and the DC/WB Animated Films. I have a lot of Old School favorites as well, such as Star Blazers, Voltron, Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.
