William Shatner & Burt Ward Interviews from NYCC World Premiere of Batman vs Two-Face

NYCC attendees were treated to the World Premiere of Batman vs Two-Face Sunday morning. This is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2016 hit animated film, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders.
ToonBarn Head Writer Marc Morrell has Exclusive Interviews with William Shatner (Two-Face) and Burt Ward (Robin) from New York Comic Con’s World Premiere of Batman vs Two-Face, in celebration of today’s release of the film on Digital HD format. You will get the rest of our interviews from NYCC next Tuesday, when the Blu-ray combo pack is released. Here are those interviews:

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, Batman vs Two-Face finds Batman and Robin back in classic 1960s action, protecting Gotham City from some of the most nefarious villains in comics history. But when the mutilated master of multiplicity, Two-Face, begins staging a daring crime wave across Gotham, the Caped Crusaders must work double-time to discover his mysterious secret identity before they can halt his evil-doing – all the while combating the likes of Catwoman, Joker, Riddler, Penguin, Bookworm, Hugo Strange and King Tut!

In this reviewer’s opinion: “Just like its predecessor, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, Batman vs Two-Face is a must see for fans of the classic ’66 Batman series.  The movie is packed with several laugh-out-loud moments and is filled with easter eggs and nods to the series. Burt Ward‘s voice hasn’t changed a bit from the last time we heard the Boy Wonder exclaim ‘Holy (fill in the blank), Batman!’, and hearing Adam West one last time makes the heart melt.  And casting William Shatner as Harvey Dent/Two-Face was a perfect fit to this already star-studded cast!”

Following the film was an action-packed panel, comprised of Shatner and Ward, along with the film-making team of supervising producer/co-screenwriter James Tucker (Teen Titans: The Judas Contract), producer/co-screenwriter Michael Jelenic (Teen Titans Go!) and director Rick Morales (Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders).

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment brings Batman vs Two-Face to Digital HD on October 10, 2017, and Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on October 17, 2017.

I am a Big Fan of all types of animation. Like a lot of things, the cream always rises to the top. My favorites have included Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Rebels, anything Pixar, Phineas and Ferb, Voltron Legendary Defender, and the DC/WB Animated Films. I have a lot of Old School favorites as well, such as Star Blazers, Voltron, Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.
