It’s Hero Time! Ben 10 Omniverse Global Launch

It’s Hero Time! Ben 10 Omniverse Global Launch

We’re only a few weeks away from the much-awaited premiere of Ben 10: Omniverse (on September 22!), and Cartoon Network is launching a coordinated global campaign that will help fans prepare for the return of our favorite Galactic Protector, in both his 10 year old and 16 year old incarnations. He also brings a new friend along, the rookie by-the-book alien Rook.

Cartoon Network’s global Ben 10 Omniverse campaign will include an overhaul of the Ben 10 Game Creator at CartoonNetwork.com. With 1.4 billion games played and more than 7 million games created, the game creator is one of the most popular games on CN since its launch in 2008. As part of the overhaul, the Ben 10 Game Creator will get new assets from the brand new Omniverse series, including new aliens and character designs.

CartoonNetwork.com will also host a new Ben 10 blog that will keep fans up to date on all things related to Ben 10, and the new elements will be reflected in an updated Ben 10 Hub on Cartoon Network. And if you like free stuff, CN’s got you covered too – fans will get the chance to download the first episode of Ben 10: Omniverse on iTunes, Amazon, Playstation, Xbox, and iNdemand through Sept. 28, and the downloads will be free of charge.

Last but not the least, the September launch of the Ben 10: Omniverse cartoon will coincide with a bunch of bran new must have Ben 10 merchandise, such as the new line of Ben 10 Omniverse toys, a new series of video games from D3Publisher, and a clothing line from Freeze. Additional licensing partners for the brand will follow with new products in 2013, so stay tooned!
