Ben 10 goes Humungousaur in Heroes United
For weeks now, we’ve been anxiously looking forward to the first ever meeting of Cartoon Network superstars Ben Tennyson and Rex Salazar, aka Ben 10 and Generator Rex. As heroes in each of their respective shows, we could only imagine that they’d both meet up, shake hands, then chance on after some of their teamed villains – but that’s not exactly what the Man of Action icons have planned. …and now, we’re even more anxious for the November 25th special to premiere! Generator Rex could have an advantage, with a body full of nanites ready to form giant, pummeling hammers. But, thankfully for Ben, he didn’t leave his Ultrimatrix on his world, giving him the ability to shape shift into his Humungousaur form. Humungousaur versus Generator Rex? Sounds like a fight we’d like to get a preview of!
The story that brings Rex and Ben together all starts with a giant, scary looking storm, whose details are still shrouded in mystery. However, we can see that, with the monstrous storm comes a monster, as Humungousaur falls from the epicenter.
It’s not Rath. It’s not Nanomech. It’s not Terraspin, Echo Echo, Big Chill, or Cannonbolt. That silhouette could only belong to the impressively massive Humungousaur!
Not quite in Ultimate Humungousaur form of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, though he’s much larger and imposing than the Humungousaur we saw in Ben 10: Alien Force.
Unfortunately for Rex, the version of the monster doesn’t seem to matter.
Maybe a quickly constructed metal fist could help knock some– …. hmm… nope.
Now that is a face we hope we never get to close to.
Rex doesn’t seem like he’s too anxious to get close, either.
This. Just. Happened!
