Cartoon Network Launches New Micro-Network, Cartoon Network Anything

Cartoon Network has recently launched the micro-network Cartoon Network Anything, making them the first ever TV brand to debut a network specifically designed for the small screen. The app for CN Anything is free and available for download now on the App Store and Google Play, so you can have access to the micro-network whether you’re on iOS or Android (assuming you have a device that supports Google Play.)

Cartoon Network Anything will feature an ever expanding and ever changing library of content consisting of games, activities, trivia, and video specifically designed for short 10 to 15 second bursts of fun. After each piece of content, viewers simply swipe their screens in order to advance to the next piece. The content is delivered randomly so no two sessions will feel exactly the same.

“We want our audience to have a holistic and unique experience that remains true to Cartoon Network’s DNA on every device,” said Chris Waldron, vice president, Cartoon Network Digital. “Cartoon Network Anything is a new kind of network – it’s undeniably the Cartoon Network brand, but specifically tailored for the smallest screens.”

Cartoon Network Anything will also feature original IP from Cartoon Network Studios, giving an exciting and fresh new look at new animated micro-episodes designed specifically for the service. There is an ability to save items to “Favorites” so fans who find something that bears repeated viewing will be able to do so.

Cartoon Network will celebrate the launch of Cartoon Network Anything starting at 7:30 a.m. ET/PT on Monday, October 13th. Anything can happen on-air when regularly scheduled programs are tossed aside and viewers will be treated to hit comedies for the entire day, never knowing what will come next!
