CN Releases Preview for The Powerpuff Girls: Dance Pantsed

Craig McCracken’s iconic animated series The Powerpuff Girls will be returning to Cartoon Network this January 20th via a new CG animated special titled Dance Pantsed, which will feature the girls and the professor once again locking horns with the show’s major villain Mojo Jojo. The special will also feature Beatles legend Ringo Starr as the flamboyant mathematician Fibonacci Sequins.

Dance Pantsed will feature a new art and animation style that may seem jarring to fans of the original series’ Flash-like style, but it works and looks like a good modern take on the series. You can check out the latest preview in order to see if it works for you:
