Shaquille O'Neal and Nick Cannon to Host Cartoon Network's Hall of Game Awards

NBA Superstar and Turner Sports NBA Analyst Shaquille O’Neal, along with America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon will be co-hosting Cartoon Network’s third annual Hall of Game Awards, which is slated to premiere in February 2013.

This is going to be only the first of Nick Cannon’s projects with Cartoon Network, with his next one being the executive producer of Cartoon Network’s upcoming sketch-comedy series Incredible Crew.

As for O’Neal, it will be his 2nd time hosting the Hall of Game Awards as he has also hosted the awards event last year. The Hall of Game Awards will once again be produced by IMG Media, which is the production arm of sports/entertainment/media company IMG, with Michael Dempsey and Steve Mayer returning as executive producers. Time Inc. Sports Group’s SI Kids franchise will also serve as an official media partner again.

Kids who want to vote for their favorite sports superstars can do so at www.hallofgame.com, among other efforts related to the show and event.
