DC’s Super Hero High Flies to Boomerang on March 19

This coming Saturday, March 19 at 10 AM, the DC Super Hero Girls will be making their way to Boomerang via an action-packed TV special, Super Hero High. To promote the event, exclusive shorts are made available on Cartoon Network’s video app.

Super Hero High features the stellar lineup of female superheroes from Warner Bros., DC, and Mattel’s new comic universe DC Super Hero Girls, which follows popular female characters from DC comics during their formative high school years, and in a lot of cases even before they have discovered their full super power potential.

The official description:

The DC Super Hero Girls world centers on the female Super Heroes of the DC Comics universe during their formative high school years—prior to discovering their full super power potential. Featuring a completely new artistic style and aesthetic, DC Comics’ icons such as Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Bumblebee, Poison Ivy, Katana and many more, make their unprecedented teenaged introduction. Each character has her own storyline that explores what teen life is like as a Super Hero, including discovering her unique abilities, nurturing her remarkable powers and mastering the fundamentals of being a hero.
