Dragon Ball: Battle of Z Gets a Japanese Release Date

Dragonball-Z-screen-2

By now, almost every gamer who appreciates Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball will have already heard about the upcoming 3D fighting game Dragon Ball: Battle of Z, and has already seen what it has to offer courtesy of numerous trailers and video footages. However, it is only now that we can pinpoint the exact date of its release, courtesy of a Weekly Jump report, which notes that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game are both scheduled to arrive in Japan on January 23, 2014.

While there is no release date for the PS Vita version yet, it likely that it will follow soon after the console release. There’s also no release date for a North American release but the port has already been confirmed, so we just need to wait before we get our hands on the Artdink-developed 3D fighter.
