Dragon Ball Manga to be Reprinted in Full Color

According to Kanzenshuu.com, the newly released February issue of V Jump contains an announcement that the manga version of Dragon Ball will be reprinted as full color manga collections. Currently, the plans are to release a three volume reprint of the Saiyan story arc on February 3, 2013. There are also a series of Chozenshu Dragon Ball books scheduled for release on the same date.

The original Dragon Ball manga was created by Akira Toriyama and serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1995, and was also collected into 42 individual Tankobons from September 15, 1985 to August 9, 1995.The Saiyan saga starts from Chapter 195, titled The Mysterious Warrior from Space, which saw the manga debut of Raditz, and ends at chapter 240, titled Monkey in the Moon, which saw the defeat of Vegeta at the hands of Goku. The next chapter starts the Dragon Ball in Space arc, which a lot of anime fans know as the Planet Namek saga.
