Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Gets a September Release for the Switch

Fans wanted Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to make its way to the Switch, and so Bandai Namco capitulated and announced plans to port the 3D Anime Fighter/Quasi-RPG to Nintendo’s newest machine, with an eye towards a fall release date. That vague time frame has since been narrowed down to a more specific release date: Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be released for the Nintendo Switch on September 22 in North America and Europe.

As expected, the Switch port of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will feature brand new Switch-exclusive motion control options, as well as a six-player local play mode. September is still a long way away, but fans in the meantime can get a glimpse of the box art below:
