New Dragon Ball Browser Game, Dragon Ball Z: X Keepers

If you think Dragon Ball FighterZ and Xenoverse 2 are the only current and official Dragon Ball games that you’ll have access to this year, think again. A new game called Dragon Ball Z: X Keepers has just been announced, and it aims to provide four-on-four dragon ball action for fans looking for more dragon ball-flavored gaming experiences. The catch is that it’s a browser-based game. Not that it’s a hindrance, as it honestly looks good despite being a browser-based game. Check out the trailer below:

Of course, you’re not going to get gameplay that is as deep as the console and PC games, but for a turn-based action game it absolves itself pretty well, looking like an HD successor to the Super Famicom’s Legend of the Super Saiyan, which mixed turn-based RPG with a card game. Details are still sparse at the moment, but you won’t have to wait long to get in on the action, as the game is said to be launching soon. Pre-registration is already available on the official site, and the game itself will be launching via Yahoo! Japan,
