Dragon versus Kraken, Clash of the Titans defeats How to Train Your Dragon
Last week, the whole world was a buzz (a flame?) for DreamWorks Animations’ newest CG hit, How to Train Your Dragon, which dominated the box office. The film scored more than double than it’s closest rival, Tim Burton’s just-as-3D Alice in Wonderland. So how are things looking in its second week? While not taking too big of a hit financially, the film dropped from first to third, replaced by a comedy and epic action adventure. The latter of which is the CG-friendly Clash of the Titans, famed for it’s “release the Kraken!” commercial quotes. Did you head to the theaters this week? Take a look at the full box office.
