DreamWorks Dragons: Riders of Berk is getting ready to land in September 4, Tuesday, at 7:30 PM on the Cartoon Network. The show is a spin-off of the Academy Award-nominated film How to Train Your Dragon, which managed to gross an estimated $500 million worldwide while opening as the #1 film in over 30 different countries.

Set as an episodic TV series, DreamWorks Dragons: Riders of Berk follows the continuing adventures of Hiccup and his dragon, Toothless, as they team up with a band of dragon trainers who each have their own dragon. Throughout their training, the young dragon trainers develop special bonds with their dragons by learning about their unique powers. Together they discover new dragon species and fight against new villains as they explore a new world.

DreamWorks Dragons: Riders of Berk features an all-star line-up of voice talent, including Jay Baruchel (Hiccup), America Ferrera (Astrid), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Fishlegs) and T.J. Miller (Tuffnut), all of whom are original cast members from the feature film, which was among the top ten movies at the global box office in 2010. In addition, Tim Conway (Mulch), Chris Edgerly (Gobber), Mark Hamill (Alvin the Treacherous), Julie Marcus (Ruffnut), Nolan North(Stoick), Zach Pearlman (Snotlout), Stephen Root (Mildew) and Tom Wilson (Bucket) voice main characters throughout the series.

DreamWorks Dragons: Riders of Berk will serve as a lead-in to the much anticipated sequel to How To Train Your Dragon, which is expected to premiere in theaters on June 20, 2014.
