Fox Releases New Ice Age Short, Cosmic Scrat-Tastrophe, Online

The weekend saw Blue Sky Studios’ fan favorite sabertooth rodent grace theaters in a new short, but those of you who missed the CG animated short Cosmic Scrat-Tastrophe can watch from the comfort of your desktop screens (or mobile screens) because 20th Century Fox has just released the short online, no doubt as a way of promoting the next Ice Age installment, Ice Age: Collision Course, well in advance of its July 22, 2016 release.

Cosmic Scrat-Tastrophe follows Scrat as he ventures where no Ice Age character has gone before: Outer Space. It’s common knowledge among fans that Scrat has a tendency to create more trouble than his original intention, and this time he’s trying to create his own version of the Big Bang.
