Exclusive: Phil LaMarr & James Arnold Taylor Interviews for LEGO Justice League Cosmic Clash

ToonBarn’s coverage of the East Coast Premiere of LEGO® DC Comics Super Heroes – Justice League: Cosmic Clash continues today with a special interview video with James Arnold Taylor (Flash) and Phil LaMarr (Brainiac). James Arnold Taylor was at The Paley Center for Media in New York City, Saturday, Feb. 27th. Phil LaMarr was interviewed at New York Comic Con, back in October. Tomorrow, we’ll post another video for an interview with Rick Morales (Director). The Blu-rayTM Combo Pack and DVD are available in retail and online stores. The Digital HD version is available on iTunes, Google Play, and many other digital media stores.

ToonBarn Head Writer Marc Morrell was on hand with his family to enjoy a Free Screening of the movie, followed by a Q & A Panel with the voice cast and crew. After the panel, fans lined up to get free posters, signed by the panelists, and children took home a special home LEGO kit, called “Clash of the Heroes”. Before the free screening, media were able to interview the cast and crew on the red carpet.

The following video shows the Paley Center Interview with James Arnold Taylor, followed by an Interview with Phil LaMarr from New York Comic Con last October. We apologize to the readers and to Mr. LaMarr for the blurriness of the video:

In LEGO® DC Comics Super Heroes – Justice League: Cosmic Clash, the brilliant, hyper-obsessive-compulsive, super-computer Brainiac is combing the universe for new additions to his collection of worlds when he stumbles upon a ripe planet for his taking – Earth. But Brainiac quickly discovers Earth has a “firewall” – the Justice League. When Brainiac cleverly displaces several members of the Justice League to other time periods in Earth’s history, Batman, Flash and Cyborg must build and use the Cosmic Treadmill to race across time to retrieve their comrades – while members of the Legion of Super Heroes attempt to hold off Brainiac’s assault. Only time will tell in this battle for the fate of the Earth and the Justice League!

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC Entertainment and the LEGO Group, LEGO® DCComics Super Heroes – Justice League: Cosmic Clash will be distributed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on February 9 via Digital HD, and March 1, 2016 on Blu-rayTM Combo Pack and DVD. The Blu-rayTM and DVD releases will include an exclusive Cosmic Boy LEGO® figurine, while supplies last.

I am a Big Fan of all types of animation. Like a lot of things, the cream always rises to the top. My favorites have included Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Rebels, anything Pixar, Phineas and Ferb, Voltron Legendary Defender, and the DC/WB Animated Films. I have a lot of Old School favorites as well, such as Star Blazers, Voltron, Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.
