New Looney Tunes are all the rage for Warner Bros

The Looney Tunes are one of the most famous and iconic characters in all of animated history. Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, etc. These guys are internationally known, recognized, and beloved, and have been for decades. Warner Bros. is hoping to re-spark that fire, reviving the legendary cast of characters via Warner Bros. Animation. That means a new regular series called the Looney Tunes Show, set to debut on Cartoon Network next year. Speedy Gonzales, Marvin the Marian, Taz; the Tasmanian Devil, and others will also get guest spots in Merrie Melodies along the way. As if that weren’t enough, theater goers have already gotten a chance to watch a rejuvenated Wile E. Coyote continue the hunt of the Road Runner in CG shorts. Porky may have said “that’s all folks”, but it looks to us like there’s plenty more!
