Fake Live Action Naruto: The Movie Trailer from Ryan Higa

Live Action shorts of popular anime/manga are a dime-a-dozen in Youtube, especially Naruto. However, very few of them boast of the kind of production values in Ryan Higa’s recent live action fake trailer for Naruto: The Movie. Few shorts also have the chutzpah to make fun of Naruto on the same level that Higa and his friends did.

The video features Ryan Higa’s trademark self-decaprating humor, various references that go beyond the Naruto franchise (including an appearance by another famous orange-clad martial artist), and special effects that look good enough for a sci-fi TV series:

Neil Raymundo

A cowardly and treacherous Toonbarn blogger who can transform into a McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle. Secretly wants to replace Toonbarn Rob as leader of the Decepticons.
