Viz to Premiere English Dub of Boruto: Naruto the Movie

With all the momentum built by Bandai Namco’s recent release of the Road to Boruto expansion for the 3D fighting game Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, it’s not surprising that Viz Media is bringing the Boruto: Naruto the Movie to the west in an English-dubbed format on DVD and Blu-ray, and they have chosen Katsucon as the venue to promote and screen the movie.

From February 17 all the way to 19th at the Gaylord National resort & Convention Center in the DC metro area, Viz Media will be screening the English dub of Boruto: Naruto the Movie at 6PM, followed by a special Q&A panel with Amanda Miller, Cherami Leigh, and Robbie Daymond, who lent their voices to Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki, respectively.

Other highlights of the event will be VIZ Media’s SAILOR MOON panel on Saturday at 3:15PM, hosted by Charlene Ingram and featuring three cast members – Amanda Miller (Sailor Jupiter), Cherami Leigh (Sailor Venus) and Robbie Daymond (Tuxedo Mask).

Viz official itinerary:

Friday, 6:15 pm EST in Workshop 2 – It’s the VIZ Media Panel! We’ll be talking about all the nifty stuff coming out soon in Publishing, Animation and more. Bring your best questions for a chance at some fabulous prizes!

Saturday, 12:15 pm EST in Live 3 – We’ll be hosting the official Sailor Moon Panel with some very special guests from the cast. Find out what’s going on in the Moon Kingdom with this fan-favorite glitter extravaganza!

Saturday, 6:00 pm EST in Live 1 – Join us for the English Dub premiere of Boruto: Naruto the Movie! Better still, we’ll have a super special introduction panel with the voices of Boruto and Sarada as well as a poster for all who attend. This will be the very first chance to hear the next generation of great ninja so don’t miss it!
