Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products, a segment of Nickelodeon which is a segment of MTV (these companies are monsters!) have recently announced a plan to distribute Avatar: The Legend of Aang branded magazines throughout Germany. The plan promises Avatar fans (no, not that Avatar) can get their hands on the magazines through 2011. Each special magazine comes with add-ons and tie-ins, including a DVD with episodes of the popular anime-like animated series. So, how can you get them? …aside from living in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, or elsewhere with access to eBay? Local kiosks, newsstands, and supermarkets will be stocking the books, ready for eager fans to get their hands on the books.
