Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie’s first look teases new plot details


It’s been a while since Nickelodeon announced the all-new, Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie, so to help promote the upcoming Nicktoon TV movie, they’ve released a behind-the-scenes teaser. Not just any teaser, though, as this one’s narrated by series creator Craig Bartlett.

The video showcases a lot of the refined character designs for the movie, including Arnold, Helga, Gerald and Phoebe. Expected, as the film is set about a year after the final episode of the TV series. Craig also shares some storyboards and teases a mysterious green item that Arnold gets a hold of.

Nickelodeon will be hosting a Hey Arnold panel at this weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con. Attendees should expect to see some brand new animation from the movie, alongside a voice actor chat and a live performance from series composer Jim Lang.

Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie is set to premiere on Nickelodeon on November 23, 2017. Yes, that’s Thanksgiving Day.
