One Piece: Pirate Warriors Trailer - Roronoa vs Mihawk

Namco Bandai’s Europe branch has recently posted a new trailer for their upcoming game One Piece: Pirate Warriors, and it features a showdown between two of the best swordsmen in the world of One Piece – Roronoa Zoro and Dracule Mihawk.

Of course, the last time these two pirates had a fight in the manga/anime, the result was pretty much one sided in favor of Mihawk, but after the timeskip Zoro’s skills have improved by a large margin, and we’re no longer sure if their next bout will still be one sided. Maybe it will be more exciting and drawn out like the video:

One Piece: Pirate Warriors is developed by Tecmo Koei and uses the same gameplay mechanics as TK’s other famous franchises, the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series, which means it’s basically a hack and slash that pits the straw hat pirates against multitudes of enemies coming from all sides at any given time.

Once Piece: Pirate Warriors is scheduled to come out for North American users on September 25th, while the EU gamers will get theirs on September 21st.
