70 Episodes of Rick & Morty Ordered by Adult Swim
Adult Swim has just inked a new long-term deal with Rick and Morty creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland, covering an order for 70 new episodes of the hit comedy series. The new order is not that surprising, given how popular Rick and Morty is – the series was the no. 1 comedy for millenials across all of TV in 2017, and became a multi-platform sensation with successes in TV, digital, gaming, streaming, and retail.
In order to celebrate the deal, fans will be treated to the return of the highly successful country-wide tour of the Rickmobile, which hits the road May 17 starting in Atlanta. The one-of-a-kind mobile pop-up shop will be offering new exclusive, custom-designed show collectibles at more than 50 stops, including San Diego Comic Con in July.
