Aardman's Canimals Debuts on CITV

Aardman’s CG-animated series Canimals has made its debut on UK’s CITV last Monday, September 3. Co-produced with BRB International and Vooz Club, the 44 x 7 series focuses on the adventures of a group of can-shaped animals that cause mischief and mayhem in the real world. The show is targeted towards kids aged 6 to 10.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with CITV on Canimals and expect it to be a slam dunk with the channel’s viewers as it has been elsewhere in the world,” says Aardman’s Head of Sales & Acquisitions Alix Wiseman.

The Canimals series airs weekdays at 3:40 PM on CITV, with a repeat airing the following day at 11:35 AM. In support of the CITV debut, Aardman has also signed the British Toy Company Vivid as its master toy licensee for a wide range of plush toys and Canimals collectibles in the UK and Ireland.
