Cartoon Network is bringing Adventure Time with Finn and Jake to their lineup later this year. The toon is about a boy named Finn and his friend named Jake; Finn is a boy, and Jake is a dog. The series got its roots earlier, when Cartoon Network showed an “animated short” called Adventure Time, and got fans all interested. Now, we’ll have a full-length show to keep us happy!
Actually, it was first a Nickelodeon short intended to be released in a set of other shorts. Its internet fame was seen by Cartoon Network and a new show was born. Although they changed the name of the main character from Penn to Finn. I liked Penn better.
