Angry Birds Movie Release Schedule Bumped Up

With all the delays associated with up and coming features from major studios (mostly to avoid butting heads with more popular franchises like Star Wars,) it is a breath of fresh air that Sony and its partner Rovio decided to bump up the release schedule for the Angry Birds film adaptation.

According to their announcement, the release date for the tentatively-titled Angry Birds has been bumped up from July 1, 2016 to May 20, 2016. The movie is directed by Clay Kaytis and Fergal Reilly, and features the voices of ason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph and Peter Dinklage.
