Atlantyca Appointed as Licensing Agent of Mouk
Italy’s Atlantyca Entertainment has recently been appointed by Millimages as the exclusive licensing agent for Italy of the charming toon star Mouk. The appointment was announced and finalized at this year’s Licensing Show in Vegas, which was brokered by Atlantyca’s licensing manager Rachelle Geraci and Millimages head of licensing Laurence Papon.
Mouk is Millimages’ 62 x 11 animated preschool series that was based on the series of books by Marc Boutavant and directed by Francois Narboux (Louie, Lola & Virginia). The show focuses on the adventures of Mouk and Chavapa, who explore the world and discover wonders while riding on their bicycles. The show aims to teach children the beauty and wonders of the world, and encourages exploration and natural curiosity.
The appointment gives Atlantyca the authority to manage the licensing and merchandising programs for Mouk throughout the region, as well as explore key opportunities in several licensing categories such as stationery, gift, home goods, novelties, games, and apparel.
