Little Battlers eXperience W stop motion animated short


Level-5 and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan have released a two and a half minute long short entitled “The Battle of Little Battlers eXperience” to promote the release of Little Battlers eXperience W on PSP, and PlayStation Vita. The stop motion short demonstrates a battle between 3 LBXs as two combine and take their battle into the virtual world. The short was filmed with actual Little Battlers eXperience model kits.

Little Battlers eXperience W is part of a multi-media franchise initially spear headed by Level-5 for the PlayStation Portable. The series has since spawned manga, and the now ubiqitous television anime on TV Tokyo. Dentsu Entertainment USA has plans to release the franchise abroad. Little Battlers eXperience W is now available for the PlayStation Portabl and the PlayStation Vita. Each versio of the game will set you back 4,980 yen (about US$63), or 4,480 yen (US$56) for a physical and digital copy of the game respectively.
