Camelot and ABC Family bring fans Puff the Magic Dragon this Christmas

We’re not quite over Labor Day’s unofficial end of Summer when stores are already putting up autumn clothes and Halloween costumes. Occasionally, we’re even seeing bits of Thanksgiving decorations here and there. But today’s news takes us even a bit further – Christmas! Sure, OK, it’s jumping the gun just a tad, but because its animation-related, we’ll give it a pass! As ABC Family prepares it’s Christmas season calendar of shows, Puff the Magic Dragon is getting a special slot in the holiday countdown. The Camelot Entertainment Group animated classic is a toon based on Leonard Lipton and Peter Yarrow’s song, made popular by Peter, Paul and Mary. The animated dragon originally appeared in a 1978 animated television special called Puff the Magic Dragon, and two sequels, Puff and the Land of Living Lies, and Puff and the Incredible Mr. Nobody.
