Cartoon Network cranks out new movies

The Vanishers

Cartoon Network has started making three movies based on comic books.  Hey, it worked for Batman!  Firebreather, Mice Templar, and The Vanishers are the three properties.  Firebreather will be a CGI animated movie about about a half-human, half-dragon (ew!) teenager trying to protect the earth and go to high school.  The original comic book is by Phil Hester and Andy Kuhn.  Mice Templar will be a CGI animated movie is about a young mouse, named Karic, trying to reform the order of the Mice Templar.  The original comic book is by Michael Avon Oeming and Bryan Glass.  The Vanishers will be a live-action movie about a pair of fifth graders, Andy and Arvis, who go on time-traveling adventures.  The original comic book is by Chuck Dixon.
