Cartoon Network to Debut Stan Lee’s New Indian Superhero

Cartoon Network, Graphic India, and POW! Entertainment have recently signed a partnership in order to bring Stan Lee’s new Indian superhero to life. The movie, which clocks in a 66 minutes, is titled ‘Chakra: the Invincible,’ and is slated for a November 30 premiere on Cartoon Network, in over 34 million households in India.

Chakra: The Invincible focuses on a young Indian boy named Raju Ra, who lives in Mumbai with his mentor, the scientist Dr. Singh. The two managed to develop a highly advanced suit that can activate the mystical chakras of the body, which gives Raju superpowers when worn. Of course, being a good natured boy, Raju decides to use the suit and the abilities it gives him to save the world from super villains.

“I am incredibly excited to be collaborating with my friends at Graphic India as we launch this great new, thrill-a-minute superhero saga, named Chakra: The Invincible, on Cartoon Network,” says Stan Lee. “The incredible story of Chakra, one of my latest and most exciting superhero creations, promises to captivate audiences in India and around the world with his adventures.”
