Comedy Central has recently greenlighted 10 episodes of Bento Box’s original, urban coming of age animated series Legends of Chamberlain Heights. The news came via an announcement from Comedy Central’s President of original programming, Kent Alterman.
Set to debut in 2016, Legends of Chamberlain Heights focuses on the misadventures of three highschool freshmen; Jamal, Grover, and Mil. The series blends comedy with social commentary as the three protagonists try to tackle life under the delusion that they are all legends in their own right.
Legends of Chamberlain Heights is created by Brad Ableson, Mike Clements, Quinn Hawking, Josiah Johnson and Michael Starrbury. Ableson, Clements and Starrbury also serve as exec producers with Scott Greenberg, Joel Kuwahara and Mark McJimsey.
