DHX Media has recently announced a new 13 series content deal with Amazon Prime Video, which currently serves as the largest ever deal between the two companies to date. The entire deal covers more than 200 countries and territories, along with 15 languages. The deal includes several of DHX Media’s massively popular animated kids’ series, such as Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Caillou, Johnny Test, Yo Gabba Gabba!, classic Inspector Gadget and In the Night Garden, for launch beginning this fall.
Amazon in the past few months has been on a roll with a number of announced agreements in the US for exclusive SVOD and AVOD rights to DHX Media’s Looped, as well as other high profile kids’ content deals in he UK, Germany, and India.
