Digimon All-Star Rumble Game Coming to PS3 and Xbox 360
Bandai Namco Games has recently announced a new Digimon game that will be released for both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, titled Digimon All-Star Rumble. The game is described as a “thrilling party-arena multiplayer game,” and has been slated for a November 11 release in North America, with Europe getting its version later.
Digimon All-Star Rumble was developed by the same team behind the Digimon Adventure game on PSP, Prope. All-Star Rumble will let fans play four way battles using any of 12 base digimon characters with a total of 32 digimon forms. Featured monsters come straight out of the various anime series, from Digimon Adventure to Digimon Fusion, such as Agumon, Biyomon, Dorulumon, Gabumon, Gatomon, Shoutmon, Tentomon, and Veemon.
From the Press Release:
By powering up in battle, players can Digi-volve into a much more powerful form, creating a unique combat atmosphere where players must balance attacking while simultaneously attempting to Digi-volve and gain the upper hand. Utilizing special techniques during matches such as activating a Digimon’s “Evolution” power-up along with launching an aggressive attack or defensive strategy will provide colorful and exciting party-arena gameplay so that Digimon fans of all ages can face-off against rivals and become a true Digimon hero!
