Disney and Pixar announce Monsters, Inc. sequel

Pixar debuted in the world of feature length films back in 1995 with Toy Story. In just those 15 quick years since, the company has partnered with Disney to create some of the most memorable and beloved CG animated flicks of all time, many turning into franchises. Back in 2001, the next level was reached with Monsters, Inc., revealing a world of monsters and alien-like creatures to the world of humans, most importantly, a little girl named “Boo.” Now, Disney and Pixar will return to that world, bringing fans Monsters, Inc. 2, a long-awaited sequel to the original box office blockbuster. The date has been officially set for November 16th, 2012. Details are still light at the moment, but be on the look out for John Goodman and Billy Crystal to reprise their roles as Sulley and Mike Wazowski.
