DreamWorks Announces Release Dates for 12 Future Projects

It seems that Fox’s tenure as distributor for DreamWorks Animation will be a very productive one, as the two studios recently announced the release dates for a total of 12 upcoming projects, including B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations and the third installment in the How to Train Your Dragon franchise.

The movies and their release dates:

The Croods (March 22, 2013)
Turbo (July 19, 2013)
Mr. Peabody & Sherman (Nov. 1, 2013)
Me and My Shadow (March 14, 2014)
How to Train Your Dragon 2 (June 20, 2014)
Happy Smekday! (Nov. 26, 2014)
The Penguins of Madagascar (March 27, 2015)
Trolls (working title, June 5, 2015)
B.O.O: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations (Nov. 6, 2015)
Mumbai Musical (working title, Dec. 19, 2015)
Kung Fu Panda 3 (March 18, 2016)
How to Train Your Dragon 3 (June 18, 2016)

It is said that B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations will feature the voice of Seth Rogen and is based on an original idea by Tony Leondis (Igor), who is directing the ghost tale. Maryann Garger (Flushed Away) is producing with the script by Tom Wheeler (Puss in Boots).

Fox’s in house animation studio also has projects in the works, such as Epic (May 24, 2013) and Rio 2 (April 14, 2014).
