DreamWorks’ Harvey Street Kids Debuts This Month
This coming June 29, DreamWorks Animation Television will debut a new animated series inspired by classic Harvey Comics characters. Titled Harvey Street Kids, the new series will be making its grand debut on streaming service Netflix. Harvey Street Kids is described as a female-centric comedy series that focuses on three feisty girls who will never let anything slow them down.
The titular Harvey Street is a colorful setting that makes every day feel like a Saturday, thanks fto protagonists Audrey, Dot, and Lotta serving as the block’s self-appointed guardians. Dubbed as the Harvey Girls, they do everything they can to keep the street safe and enjoyable for every kid on the block. You can check out the season 1 trailer below:
This series comes from executive producer Brendan Hay (Dawn of the Croods, Robot Chicken) and supervising producer Aliki Theofilopoulos (Descendants: Wicked World, Phineas and Ferb), and features the voice talents of Lauren Lapkus as Lotta; Kelly McCreary as Dot; Stephanie Lemelin as Audrey; Danny Pudi as Tiny; Atticus Shaffer as Melvin; Grey Griffin; Roger Craig Smith; Utkarsh Ambudkar; Jamaal Hepburn and Dee Bradley Baker.
