DreamWorks Schedules Dragons: Race to the Edge Netflix Series for Summer

During Wondercon, DreamWorks Animation Television has announced that a new How to Train Your Dragon series will be coming to Netflix this summer. Titled ‘Dragons: Race to the Edge,’ the new series will consist of 13 episodes and will take place one year before the events of How to Train Your Dragon 2. The series will feature the return of original voice cast members Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera, T.J. Miller and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The series will be streaming in June.

DWATV also offered attendees the first ever public glimpse of another Netflix series, Dinotrux, which is scheduled to come out this summer as well. The series is based on the same titled kid’s book by Chris Gall, combining dinosaurs and construction vehicles.
