Made for Entertainment Expands Mia and Me Licensing Program

German brand management outfit Made for Entertainment (M4E) is currently expanding its licensing program for the award-winning animaed and live-action hybrid children’s show, Mia and Me. At the moment, more than 30 licensees have already come on board in Germany alone, with more partners expected to join during this month’s International Toy fair in Nuremberg.

Mia & Me is produced by Lucky Punch GmbH (a joint venture between m4e and Gerhard Hahn), Rainbow S.r.l. and Canada’s March Entertainment. The 26 x 23 series follows a young girl who finds a portal to a magical world of elves, unicorns, fairies and dragons.

German toy giant Simba Toys will be bringing Mia and Me plush and water toys to the market, while Spielkartnfabrik Altenburg is developing card based games and Blue Ocean Toys will be offering paper toys called Papereenz. United Labels, on the other hand, will be offering Mia & Me Tableware, cutlery, gift articles, and watches. Eight more licensees will be presenting their products at the upcoming Nuremberg Toy Fair.
