Final Fantasy VII Makes Its Way to iOS
It’s going to be quite some time before we get a chance to play the actual modern remake of Final Fantasy VII, but that doesn’t mean we can’t revisit the original series using a more modern platform. Chances are PC users (who are not into emulation) already have the steam version, but people who need something a little bit more portable will finally get their very own Final Fantasy VII port, as Square Enix has recently announced that the beloved JRPG will be hitting the Apple app store today.
The iOS version of Final Fantasy VII will be a port of the PC version, but it will have a couple of new mobile-centric features: touch controls and the option to turn off random encounters. You can check out the launch trailer below for more details:
