Fans all over the world will be glad to know that the hit CG animated film Frozen will be making its way to the small screens next month. The chartbuster animated feature will offer an extra sweet Valentine’s Day as it is making its broadcast debut on February 14 at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Disney Channel.
Frozen is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. It hit cinemas in 2013 and raked over one billion dollars all over the world, making it the highest grossing animated film of all time. The musical and magical CG adventure also raked 2 Academy Awards including Best Animated Feature and Best Original for Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez’s ‘Let It Go’ and Best Animated Feature Film Golden Globe, as well as 5 Annie Awards and 2 Grammy Awards.
In addition, Olaf, the enchanted snowman (Josh Gad) will make an exclusive appearance on Sofia the First on February 15 at 11:30 a.m. on Disney Channel and Disney Junior at 7:00 p.m. Returning guest stars include Eric Stonestreet (flying horse Minimus), Megan Mullally as Miss Nettle and Hugh Bonneville (narrator). The 2nd instalment of the 4-part story is entitled ‘The Secret Library: Olaf and the Tale of Miss Nettle’.
