Foothill Entertainment’s new animated series G.U.N.K. Aliens has been recently acquired by Network 10 Australia, with the 26 x 30 toon serving as a co-production effort between Gallus Entertainment and Moody Street Kids.

G.U.N.K. Aliens is based on the best selling series of books by Jonny Moon, with the visual designs done by Donnie Anderson and the scripts penned by Dale Schott. Animation work will be handled by Malaysia’s Vision Animation.

The series follows the adventures of Jack, his robot dog Snivel, and their friends Oscar and Ruby. The group fights invading aliens under the organization named C.L.E.A.N., and serve as the first and last line of defense against a disgusting band of toxic aliens named the G.U.N.K. Aliens.

“We are so excited to bring this great book series to life,” says Foothill’s president, Jo Kavanagh-Payne. “With the fabulous character designs and wacky sense of humor, this series is going to be a lot of fun to work on.”
