Atlantyca Entertainment’s hit animated property Geronimo Stilton will be making its way to Spain soon, courtesy of two landmark broadcast deals struck, a move that has bolstered the internationally acclaimed toon’s global presence (which already includes 130 territories including Italy, France, Germany, Australia/New Zealand, and Russia)
The first of the broadcast deals was signed with TVE, which acquired seasons 1 and 2 as well as advanced rights to the third season, The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton (26 x 22). This is Atlantyca’s first deal with TVE. The network will run the show on it’s Clan children’s channel.
Catalan’s TV3, on the other hand, is merely renewing rights to seasons 1 and 2, but they have also pre-bought the 3rd season. Geronimo Stilton will be airing on TV3’s Super 3, and both TVE and TV3 will be launching The New Adventures in October of 2016.
