We’re Going on a Bear Hunt Now Available on Amazon Prime Video
If you’re always on the lookout for new animated films to watch on digital, especially those that are based on classic children’s books, you might want to mosey on over to Amazone Prime Video, as U.S. Prime members can now stream “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” at no additional cost to their membership via the Amazon Prime Video app compatible smart TVs, connected devices, mobile devices or online. The film is also available for download to mobile devices for offline viewing.
We’re Going on a Bear Hunt is based on the classic children’s book by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxbury, and its inclusion on Amazon Prime Video marks the film’s first appearance on any streaming platform for U.S. viewers. The 25 minute film was originally commissioned by UK broadcaster Channel 4, debuting on Christmas Eve to an impressive 8 million viewers and an audience share of 23.5%
The story of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt focuses on the adventures of siblings Katie, Stan, Rosie, Max, the baby, and Rufus the dog, all of whom decide to search for bears. The special imparts lessons about perseverance, optimism, and determination.
