The Grinch Releases Second Official Trailer

The Grinch is getting ready for its near-Christmas release on November 9, and way ahead of said launch is the release of a new trailer for the Illumination Entertainment-produced film. The Grinch marks the eighth CG animated feature from Illumination, joining a catalogue that includes Despicable Me and The Secret Life of Pets. The Grinch is directed by Scott Mosier and Yarrow Cheney, with Chris Meledandri and Janey Healy serving as producers.

Adapted from the 1957 Thedor Geisel story, The Grinch follows the green curmudgeon as he gets ready to spread his unique brand of mischief on the denizens of Who-ville. The film will also contain a flashback to the younger days of the Grinch, as he gets stuck alone at an orphanage while all the other kids in town enjoy the holidays.
